Civil Marriage Celebrant Ph: 07 40924507 Mobile: 0411490507 As a Civil Marriage Celebrant I provide Wedding ceremonies throughout North Queensland including, Mareeba, Mossman, Port Douglas, Cairns, Innisfail and the Atherton Tablelands. I also provide Reaffirmation (Renewal of Vows) and Naming Ceremonies. I am committed to providing a very professional and friendly service for your Wedding, Commitment, Reaffirmation or Naming Ceremony. I offer a variety of choices and assist you in composing a ceremony that will reflect your own personal requirements. Far North Queensland, offers a wide and varied choice of venues, from lavish resorts to open air venues such as the beach, gardens, tropical rainforest and the outback. Each with their own, beauty and special atmosphere. Your wedding ceremony should be personal and reflect your own requirements. I provide a large selection of readings and vows, which you can use as they are, change them or even include your own contribution. Poetry and song lyrics are an excellent source of inspiration. Couples are encouraged to provide input into the composing of their own ceremony and also the events and readings within the ceremony. Commitment ceremonies are designed for couples who wish to make a special commitment to each other, and wish to declare their love in front of family and friends, without taking the step into legal marriage. I also offer commitment ceremonies to same sex couples, providing them with an opportunity to have a meaningful ceremony, surrounded by family and friends. Couples who were married overseas often choose this type of ceremony, so they can re- celebrate their union in front of their family and friends who were unable to join them for their wedding. A commitment ceremony is NOT a wedding. There are no legal requirements for this type of ceremony however satisfactory identification is required. Many couples are deciding to celebrate their Wedding Anniversaries or other special occasions to re-affirm their marriage vows. It is a great opportunity to celebrate years of happy marriage, not only for your self, but also for your children or even grandchildren, friends and family. Couples who are officially married in other Australian states or overseas countries may wish to have a Reaffirmation ceremony so that their friends and family, who were unable to attend the wedding, can celebrate the occasion with them. As with my Wedding Ceremonies, I offer many suggestions and provide a wide selection of reading and vows to make the ceremony one that will be personal and memorable. Naming Ceremonies are increasingly popular. Also referred to as Name giving's, they are a secular ceremony, and the occasion at which the parents or caregivers choose to formally introduce their child to their family and circle of friends, and bestow the chosen names upon the child. Many parents choose not to baptise their children, because they have no active involvement with a Church, or have non-religious beliefs. Other parents are practicing Christians, but feel that children should make their own decision about embracing the family religious faith when old enough to understand the commitment. ...read more ...read more ...read more ...read more Photo Gallery * I am booked several months ahead I suggest that your booking is confirmed as soon as you have set at time and date.
